শহীদ আব্দুল্লাহ কবির — স্ত্রী আফসানা আক্তারের জীবনসঙ্গী এবং মানবতার এক নিঃস্বার্থ সৈনিক। মিরপুর ১০ নম্বর গোলচত্বরে আন্দোলনরত ছাত্রদের সাহায্য করতেন। কেউ আহত হলে তিনি ভ্যান বা রিকশায় করে দ্রুত হাসপাতালে নিয়ে যেতেন। ৪ই আগস্ট আন্দোলনে গুলিবিদ্ধ হয়ে শহীদ হন আব্দুল্লাহ কবির। হাসপাতালে নেওয়ার পথেই শেষ নিঃশ্বাস ত্যাগ করেন তিনি। তাঁর এই আত্মত্যাগ আমাদের সহমর্মিতা ও সাহসের পথ দেখায়। Shaheed Abdullah Kabir—husband of Afsana Akter and a selfless warrior of humanity. At Mirpur 10 Circle, he used to help the protesting students. Whenever anyone was injured, he would rush them to the hospital using a van or rickshaw. On August 4th, Abdullah Kabir was shot during the movement and became a martyr. He took his last breath on the way to the hospital. Shaheed Md. Imtiaz Hossain—a brave son of Chatkhil, Noakhali district. The youngest son of Habibur Rahman, Imtiaz was involved in the July uprising movement from the very beginning. While working a job, he also stood firmly for justice. On August 5th, he was martyred after being shot during a victory rally in Chatkhil. শহীদ রবিন মিয়া— জেলা কুমিল্লা। রবিন মিয়া দুই সন্তানের বাবা। ১১টা দিকে আন্দোলনে যোগ দিতে বাসা থেকে বের হন রবিন। দুপুর ২টার দিকে স্ত্রী জানতে পারেন, যাত্রাবাড়ি থানার সামনে গুলিবিদ্ধ হয়েছেন তিনি। পরে ঢাকা মেডিকেল কলেজ হাসপাতালে পরিবারের হাতে ফিরে আসে রবিন মিয়ার নিথর দেহ। রবিনকে হারিয়ে তার পরিবার আজ দিশেহারা। স্ত্রী দুই সন্তানকে নিয়ে দাঁড়িয়ে আছেন অনিশ্চয়তার দ্বারপ্রান্তে।

তবু রবিনের আত্মত্যাগ চিরকাল আমাদের লড়াইয়ে সাহস জোগাবে।

Shaheed Robin Mia—District: Comilla. Robin Mia was the father of two children. Around 11 AM, he left home to join the movement. By 2 PM, his wife learned that he had been shot in front of Jatrabari Police Station. Later, his lifeless body was recovered by his family from Dhaka Medical College Hospital. Losing Robin has left his family devastated. His wife now stands on the edge of uncertainty with their two children.

Yet, Robin’s sacrifice will forever inspire us in our struggle.

Shahid Kamrul Islam was from Goronagar village in Nabinagar Thana, Brahmanbaria district. He was shot and martyred in Mirpur, Dhaka. শহীদ আবু জাফর। ১৮ জুলাই সায়েদাবাদ গোলাপবাগে কমিউনিটি সেন্টারের সামনে ফ্যাসিবাদবিরোধী আন্দোলনে পুলিশের গুলিতে নিহত হন। তার মৃত্যুর পর তার পরিবার গভীর শোকে ডুবে যায়। পরিবারের একমাত্র উপার্জনক্ষম ব্যক্তি ছিলেন আবু জাফর। তিন সন্তান নিয়ে আজ তার স্ত্রী চরম অসহায় অবস্থায় দিন কাটাচ্ছেন। জীবিকার তাগিদে সংগ্রাম করছেন, কিন্তু স্বামীর অনুপস্থিতিতে পরিবার চালানো তার জন্য হয়ে উঠেছে দুঃসাধ্য। তবুও দেশের জন্য জীবন উৎসর্গ করার জন্য তিনি গর্ববোধ করেন। আবু জাফরের মতো হাজারো শহীদের আত্মত্যাগ, দেশের প্রতি তাদের ভালোবাসা এবং জীবন দেওয়ার নির্ভীকতা—এরই ফসল আজকের স্বাধীন বাংলাদেশ। বাংলাদেশ তাদের চিরকাল মনে রাখবে। Martyr Abu Jafar. On July 18, Martyr Abu Jafar was shot and killed by the police in front of a community center in Saydabad Golapbagh during an anti-fascist movement. His death left his family in deep mourning. Abu Jafar was the sole breadwinner of his family. Today, his wife is struggling in extreme hardship, trying to survive with their three children. She is fighting to make ends meet, but running the family without her husband has become an unbearable challenge. Yet, she takes pride in the fact that her husband sacrificed his life for the nation. The sacrifice, bravery, and unwavering love for the country shown by Abu Jafar and thousands of other martyrs have paved the way for the independent Bangladesh we have today.
