ইসরাত জাহান ইমু দাঁড়িয়েছিল সাহস নিয়ে, যখন চারপাশে ছিল শুধু ভয় আর দমন। সে নাম লিখিয়েছিল জুলাই-আগস্টের গণআন্দোলনে—ন্যায়ের জন্য, অধিকার ফিরে পাওয়ার লড়াইয়ে। হাজার হাজার ছাত্র, সাধারণ মানুষ, শ্রমজীবীরা যখন একসাথে রাস্তায় নামে, তখনই জন্ম হয় নতুন এক বাংলাদেশের। সন্ত্রাস আর ফ্যাসিবাদের মুখে দাঁড়িয়ে, তারা ইতিহাস গড়ে। এই আত্মত্যাগ ও ঐক্যের চেতনা আমাদের ধরে রাখতে হবে। শুধু স্মরণ নয়—পুনর্গঠনের জন্য, ন্যায়বিচারের জন্য, এবং একটি ন্যায়ভিত্তিক বাংলাদেশের জন্য—নিজেদের হাতে, নিজেদের জন্য।

Ishrat Jahan Emu stood with courage when fear was everywhere. She joined the July–August uprising not for fame, but for justice—for the rights of students, workers, and the people. Like countless others across the country, she faced brutal forces and chose to resist rather than stay silent. From the streets of Dhaka to the corners of every district, it was this spirit of unity and defiance that gave us a new Bangladesh. We must carry this spirit forward—not just to remember, but to rebuild. For truth. For justice. For a better future—for ourselves, and by ourselves.
